Tim Henk is a native of Grand Rapids. Tim started with Prime Insurance Service in March of 2000, and is a specialist with the individual and group health and life insurance lines. He believes in taking the time to educate his clients and helps them analyze all aspects of buying insurance. "It is more than just price, it is the value of what you get for that price. The most expensive health insurance plan is worthless if you don't utilize it," says Tim. "We sit down with our clients and ask the questions nobody else does, what do you `want` and what do you `need`, those are usually two very different things," he states.

Working with new companies or individuals that have never had to deal with purchasing their own insurance before is a something he enjoys doing and finds it very rewarding.

"To start with a client who comes to us knowing nothing or very little about health and life insurance, sitting with them, taking the time, answering questions, and educating a consumer is our job, and our main focus. I work for my clients, not for the insurance companies," says Tim in a September 2007 interview.
