Prime Insurance Service has been our Health care partner for over 5 years now, and they continue to impress me. Whenever I have any concerns or issues all I have to do is call Tim, and he handles it for me. Any request that the Companies have I always forward to Tim, and then he handles it for me. A Huge Help, always
Tim took care of my insurance when I was self employed, has helped out several of my friends, and now handles the insurance for the company I work at. He's frequently available when I have questions about my policy, and whether something is covered or not. He's even handled conversations with the insurance company when we needed to refute a denied claim. I also have life insurance through Tim, and am pleased with my annual payment for the coverage I get. I wish Prime Insurance would handle Home and Auto too!
